so at my job we get yearly raises , and so far i've gotten 2 , i will have been there for two yrs in march , i started at $13 on 3rd shift , well a few months ago they dissolved third shift into second shift , i lost my $.50 shift differential , well today i just got my raise and it was a lousy ****in , $.40 , so all in all , i am makin $12.90 an hr , how the Fuck am i makin less (after workin for this sh!t a$$ company for two yrs)) than when i started?, and b4 anyone posts this , yes i am gettin:idb: , cool , end rant

I dont think he is whining about the $12.90. I think it is the fact he has worked hard for 2 years, lost $.50 a while back and when annual raises came around, they did not even have the decency to get him back up where he was before.

you hit it right on the nose , i work in a steel warehouse , i operate a 10 ton overhead crane , not hiring at the moment , we are actually fixin to cut back for a few months
