So I'm out looking for geocaches this morning and couldn't find this one as i needed to solve the puzzle first to get the correct coordinates to get to the right location.

LETS SEE IF ANYONE CAN SOLVE THIS! REPS FOR THOSE WHO CAN!

Here is the Puzzle.

· There are 5 houses, each is a different color.
· In each house lives a person of a different nationality
· These 5 owners all drink a certain beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar and keep a certain pet
· No owner has the same pet, smokes the same cigar or drinks the same drink as another owner

1. The Briton lives in a red house
2. The Swede keeps a dog
3. The Dane drinks tea
4. The Green house is on the left of the white house, they are also next door to each other
5. The green house owner drinks coffee
6. The person who smokes Cohiba keeps birds
7. The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill
8. The man living in the house right in the center drinks milk
9. The Norwegian lives in the first house
10. The man who smokes Davidoff lives next to the one who keeps cats
11. The man who keeps horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill
12. The owner who smokes Rothschild drinks beer
13. The German smokes Prince
14. The Norwegian lives next to the blue house
15. The man who smokes Davidoff has a neighbor who drinks water.

i lied, im not going to try, only answers i got were the ones it gives you. i did find the answer though, can i pretend i got it? there is only one answer

edit: the site i seen it on showed how to solve and it really doesnt leave room for multiple ways

oh i see that now, it probably all works out the same if you replace those few different names with the ones yours has. probably same puzzle with just different types of things


like say your puzzle was the the man in the red house smokes marbolo, and no other house smoked camel, and his would be the man in the red house smokes camel, and no other house smoked marbolo

yeah I did them in school too and was pretty good/fast with them. Its been some time and this one has a lot of variables and a lot of "holes"

well i had like up to one bright green block , then ia's god didnt like what i had to say so he cahnged them all to red . so me being mself went with it and just figured i would go for all red now . sorry for the off topic **** by the way . ya'll may continue.

i have no clue what the puzzle is trying to accomplish, what does getting those coordinates get you? whats a cache? whats supposively at this location? im so lost.

Its called geocaching. you use a GPS to find hidden caches in places throughout the world.

Logic Puzzle...we used to do these things in sixth grade.

I remember the method too...there were grids and stuff.

I could work this out, I think.

you should be right, it is in that area, as the guy told me it was near the trails there. I have found a few dollars in the 400+ caches I have found but thats not what it is about. its about finding new places and enjoying the outdoors.

haha damn that must be time consuming, i joined. there is ALOT of them here, i dont understand it, do all of them have puzzles or do some just give you coordinates and you go there? cant be to hard out here, out side of abilene to the east is nothing but empty hills with those oil rig machines that rock back and for, after that its nothing for along ass time to the west its a even smaller hick town and cows everywhere.
