Ummm lets see... a group of people in a VERY run down neighborhood, running out at random cars in the dark with **** in their hands..... it's not like they're selling flucking Girlscout cookies. Duh. You really think it's hard to guess what was going on?
I'm sorry, but you just don't go running up on random cars on a dark street to sell Wal-Mart gift cards. Or maybe they wanted to wash my car at 11pm without soap and water?



People chillin' and minding their own business not matter what color they are or where they are doing it = i don't care, nothing suspicious.

Group of people standing along side a dark road at 11pm at night flagging down every car that drives by and running out in the street with **** in your hands (which they did) = not selling cookies , kinda suspicious.
