    So I finally came up with a topic to do my project on but I just need a few more data points.

    I just need your age and the amount of hours you sleep at night

    25 years old and i get no less than 8 hours of sleep on work days...sometimes up to 10 hours. i got 11.5 hours last night.....working night shift is ftw!!!

    4 to 5 hours during the week...6 to 8 during the weekends...the older you get the less you seem to need...I am 37...
