mother****ing rant on landmark dodge. very unprofessional experience.
i took my 2004 srt4 to landmark dodge to have a wheel bearing replaced.
CLIFFS:
dumbass cant drive a 5 spd, my service advisor lets him drive it anyway(after i tell her not to let him)
he cant so she tells me to 'tell him how" to drive it.
i end up driving it to teh lot while hes telling me he thought 1st gear was 5th
****ing retard of teh year.
they said they wouldnt do it, that they had to diagnose it (93.00$)
i said that was fine.
as i was speaking with the service advisor, i see the guy taht is parking cars in the lot (from the bay where i was) he got into an srt and i heard "click"
first thought "dead battery"
then some other service advisors were lauging and happily yelled "push in the clutch!!!lololololol hahah rofl"
he manages to start it up, then a service advisor says "now go" and he revs it up..... (obviously doesnt know how to drive a manual transmission)
he stalls it a few times , and i ask my service advisor if i could have someone else PLEASE drive my car and park it and not him. she agrees.
he finally gets it in the lot (very roughly) and i am waiting to be picked up.
well i watch him park a few more cars, all automatic. he does fine lol. puts floor mats in them and plastic over the seats.
i see him go towards my car and get in
my service advisor is next to my car and watches him and then looks at me and tells me its "ok"
he doesnt put any floormat into my car nor a plastic seat cover. i am walking towards my car and i hear him clunking through the gears.... he immediately stalls the car out and i say "****" not too loudly but heard.
i went towards my advisor and i am telling here i asked her not to let hi9m drive it and he cant and she says "just tell him how" i say "u cant learn by me telling him how" i tell her that he cannot drive my car back and she says "well u cant drive it" and i proceed to tell her that he isnt going to park it and keep stalling it out.
the whole time he is jsut sitting in the car.
she then tells him i will park it and he will ride with me.
i openthe drivers door to let him out, and instead he climbs over the seats, i look at her and tell her he is putting his feet on my newly detailed interior, wihtout any protective palstic in the car
she tells me its "ok" and im already stressed about leaving my car there ect, so i park the car and this is what i hear.
thug that couldnt drive "you see in dat ottu cah i pocked the "1" (the first gear symbol on the shifter) was over here (he points to where first gear is")
now my shift knob is turned 1/4 so that the numbers arent str8 BUT HTE NUMBERS ARE NOT POINT ING UP SO U CAN TELL ITS NOT HOW IT SHOULD BE

i proceed to tell him that all the transmissions are the same and that my first gear IS NOT 5th gear.
he then asks me where i work "acting as if i was some sort of genious for knowing that the transmission is the same as the other srt4, despite the numbers being sideways."
horrible experience.
the tech that drove my car up didnt care about putting any protective plastic in my car either. and he was about to punch teh gas when he saw me because he was staying in first and building rpm's.
im thinking about writing a strongly worded letter. lol
