Be careful with sleep deprivation. I live with insomnia, and I did an experiment two years ago, and had some friends document the effects. Ended up stayed awake for 72+ straight hours, at which point auditory hallucinations set it, and it became exceptionally difficult to accomplish even the simplest of tasks.

Also, it's really quite dangerous to get behind the wheel of a car with more than 24 hours of deprivation; typically at that point your cognitive, and motor skills are significantly slowed to the extent that you react anywhere from 1/4th to 1/2 a second slower than you would normally.
