    Someone's going through and rating the threads...randomly.

    It's annoying when they get a 5-star rating because I think that causes the threads to bump themselves from time to time. Notice how the Interracial Relationship thread and the Legalize Weed thread kept popping up.

    The ratings have nothing to do with old threads coming back up without any new posts, it is because of polls. When someone places a vote in a poll, it bumps the thread back up.
