lay on your back, get some dead weight 45+lbs, take deep breaths for a minute till you get light headed, then take a deep breath and hold it. place the weight on your chest and watch the world turn black. be careful but works like a charm

no im serious, i sleep in a tent in the woods all the time. if they allowed me to set up my tent on campus, i would save 1.5 hrs of my life and morning each way, everyday
