i know you all hate me, but..
Last night, about 12 or more cars in my apartment complex got broken into, including my boyfriend's and his brother's cars. They stole from my boyfriend a radio and an amp and a few other things. Has anyone heard about this or know who may have done this. If so please please please let me know, so we can try and get back my boyfriend's stuff..

Anyway.....that is what I HATE about apartment complexes...they are like shopping malls for thieves....I mean...why hit some neighborhood when in one location you have an area guaranteed to be full of young adults drivin cars with CD players and AMPS and other junk to steal.
damn 12 cars homie.. thats some good work.. but all in all.. unless you check the pawnshops its just probably gonna switch hands and go into someones car off the streets.. so you wont see it again

its not ghetto, just the stupid ass front office people say that its to much to keep fixing the gates when people keep breaking them and they said its not a law that they have to have gates so they dont want to fix them, but i went to them today and said your brochure says controlled-gated access community and i was are you guys fixing the gates cuz if not we are moving, because whats next apartments and i was like i have a baby. so we are waiting to get back to police reports and shyt.

Tell them to get camcorders on the gates. If people vandalize them that's against the law, and they will have proof from the video about the vandalism. Then noone would want to break the gates cuz they know they would go to jail.
good idea, im gunna metion that, and also, when i first tried to call i kept getting the answering service people who were real live people or w/e, and one of them got rude with me and i didnt catch her name and when i called back it was someone different and i said how many people work the answering service and she said like 15 and im gunna say to them you can afford to pay 15 people to answer the phones when your not there but you can fix the damn gates

no something was wrong with his starter and he had to leave the key in the car or w/e and use the spare to lock it. well they now have the key to his car.

i did believe me. im so pissed off because if the gates werent broken this most likely wouldnt have happened.
also, i said where was the security people, because as much stuff as they stole i mean cmon now how could they have gotten away with it, if the security people were driving around, they were like they werent here at the time.

if he took it all the way out, when he would go to start it he had to mess with it for like 20-30 minutes cuz it wouldnt turn so if he left it in and didnt turn it all they way, well like turn it so it was off, but not to the very last thing it would work without him fighting forever in the mornings

Why? Pawn shops have to wait a certain amount of time to sell things and make sure they are not stolen, if a police report was filed you shouldnt have to call anyone.
