When I moved up to Cumming in Feb. off exit 16 there was NO traffic each morning coming down 400. School was in, No traffic. This past 4 weeks since school has been in, I get onto my on ramp at 16 and traffic is at a dead stand still!! WTF!! How the fuck can so many new people move to cumming just over the summer? I work 13 miles from my office and take 16 to 13 every morning, today I had to get off at 14 because traffic was so bad. Needless to say, almost 1 hour to go 13 miles!!!!

look up ski dubai. they are planning on building one at 53/400. its been in planning for about 6 years and hopefully it will be set in stone soon!
5 indoor slopes, 2 ice rinks, TONS of stores, 2 4 star hotels, etc...
it will be around 1 BILLION to build it and will create 2500 jobs in the area
