ya the more reps and posts u have the more rep u have... but the only way i know of knowing how many actual points u can give is if u rep somebody.. ill check mine then u can rep me and ill tell ya :D

your reps gain power with a higher post count. my post count isnt that great so all those green squares don't mean that much.
