All I really want is a answer to the poll and your explanation, of why you would or wouldn't think you could use this word. Just wondering because I have heard a lot of black boys(racist), say to either my homeboy who is white or another homeboy who is hispanic wasup cracka. Also it doesn't pertain to just blacks, I have seen mexicans, latinos, and others.
