Yes, because having a football team here is really going to affect my education and future career, :rolleyes:. Besides, you won the championship in div 2a, big whoop.

If you read the previous post you would have noticed (alumni), education? You act as if you go to Harvard or Oxford. Your GA state degree (assuming you have one) is by no means better than the degree I have from Georgia Southern. I did read the previous post, what was I supposed to notice?

I'm not acting as if I'm going to an Ivy League school, nowhere in my post did I mention that, nor did I compare State's education with Southerns'. Maybe if you actually read the previous post, you would see that the only comment I made was regarding education and having a football team. And the fact that there is no correalation between the two.

Anyway, the entire argument is between which school's acronym is GSU, and officially its States'.

lmao... i have noticed that ga southern folks tend to be especially insecure about going there... and before you flame, i said SOME, not all. maybe its the fact that southern has a reputation for being a party school. i know a lot of folks who graduated from southern who are doing great now. some are in the master's program at state with me. personally, i don't think i could spend 4 years, or hell, even 2, in statesboro. but, to each their own. ;)

I have some friends down there that I visit every now and then and I can't stand to be there for like more than 2-3 days. They have absolutely nothing down there, theres what 2-3 bars? And a Walmart lol.

GTC for the moment, but it sucks so I'm going back to Gainesville next semester, and I should get my Associates by the end of it. Don't know where I'll go to get a Bachelors...probably UGA, but who knows.

Under 12K a year, completely free for most Ohio residents. Only 4K more over the year for Out-of-Staters.
