actually public embarassment is one of the best ways to get someones attention, and straighten them up. not that it would work for everyone persay, but for the general public. too bad we cant employ simple ideas like this in the states, but someone would get offended and sue, and then they would have to make a law against it, which would consume way to much time and taxpayers money.....sigh.....
