You know what's really funny about it. Half the people that others are calling ricer really don't give a shit and have no clue what the term "rice" means. Cause they aren't part of the "tuner world" they just mod their car according to what they like and what others around them think is cool.

Rice is to describe people who have no sense in modifying a car. Period. This lack of sense usually leads to them respecting speed but loosing focus on it and trying to make their car LOOK fast instead of be fast.
The typical ricer will favor FWD over RWD because, "rwd spins out too much" and modify a car just to modify it. Some cars are simply not worth being modified if your objective is sheer performance -- ricers DO NOT understand this. Basically they are ignorant about the techinical aspects of performance and speed and focus on trends instead of the real deal which is performance.
Real gear heads, either Import or Domestic fans, will always have a common denominator which is performance.
^soo who is to say what is worth modifying? And what isnt? And whats wrong with making a slow ass show car? And who made up the rules for modifying a car?
i think most cars that win shows at car shows have body kits.......
Also i think there was a post on here with a geo metro running a 9 sec quarter mile.....i dont think u should say that some cars aint worth hooking up cuz...well....metro ran a 9.......1
