    Fuck it I don't even know the guy but apparently from what I heard he was selling a bunch of All star game tickets on craiglist or ebay or something like that along with some other stuff, got the money orders for them and never had the tickets in the first place. So he just basically robbed them for money. Someone told me that is was almost 65K in money, but I don't think it is really that high.

    Federal fuck me in the ass prison, since it wasn't all in one state.....

    It's a federal offense if he used Fedex or UPS to accept the money orders, and cashing the money orders will open him up to more charges.

    the sad thing is, he probably might get a day or two in jail, a fine, and probation.

    I work in fraud at a bank and most of the people that commit fraud get off pretty easy unless they have defrauded 100's of thousands, then they might get conspiracy or something like that.
