    yeah, saw this shit on CNN.com ... apparently Atlanta police have just caught a man they claim is the most brutal animal beater in 50 years. He has sick, twisted ways of torturing domestic animals, both cats and dogs alike. There wasn't much info, but they did release this picture of this sick man...
