Drivers license, some money, closed toe shoes as well. They provide suit, helmet, etc. You dont HAVE to wear a suit, at least you didnt use to.

Along with your license, and the shoes...

You have to pay a fee the first time you go to get the "racing license" i think its like $20 or something. Then each race is about another $20 but the races last a good 10 to 15 minutes.

The last time I was there, no its just a one time fee that doesnt expire or anything.
