So i'm stuck on how to go about this...

well i made a thread about this earlier, how my table was broken and all of this after a big party i had at my house.

well the kid who broke the table, is on steroids, and his older brother paralyzed a kid on the football field because he was juicing as well. basically the whole family is kinda fucked up and aggresive as hell.

Question is how do i get him to give me the money back for it. He said he would pay for it and then gave me a fake #, i got the real # from a mutual friend of ours but have yet to call him. Seen him a few times at church and he ducked out and pretended like he didn't see me.

Obviously a physical confrontation for one i don't want to do unless it is necessary. and if it did become necessary then i would straight up get my ass whooped on no doubt. I can't go to the police because it was underage drinking.

I'm not asking if it was a smart decision on my part, thats the only party i've ever hosted since my parents went outta town that week so i had to get the disease outta my system and have one.

Any one have any ideas that are hopefully peaceful ones, would like to not resort to any kind of violence or aggresion. I don't think asking nicely will work with this kid. Or can i basically kiss my cash goodbye.
