Look I am not going to buy the first gen, because it's going to have bugs. Also the first gen it's going to have 3g, which if you have internet service is going to suck because it's slow, because you are running edge. Really the only hype is for the touch screen which to me is bull. If you want this phone I would say wait till later this year. My boy works for cingular he deals with the phones as a product manager. He said later this year around about chritmas time, you will be able to get a iphone with 3g and some other things. But if anybody has a 8525 you are above the game because that is still the best phone out.
