Ok.. well I honestly think there is more to the story than what you are saying, its very vague... I would imagine that you would need to sit down and talk to them and try to straighten it out. Trust me I have a daughter that is 17 and its not an easy thing, teenagers at that age think that they know everything, which they dont.
So wait, you are supposedly big enough to move out and make it on your own if you want to, but can't even muster the balls or ovaries to talk face to face to your parents about moving out, but want to gather support and advice from a car forum?
Seems to me that you are not ready to move out, unless you can think for yourself and make your own decisions. Speak your mind or go to your room.
