attn: All TMobile People!!
I've been with TMobile for about 3 years.
One account, 2 lines.
Line 1 has been with TMobile for all 3 years, Line 2 [me] has been with Tmobile since June 22, 2004.
Ok So.. My phone broke last year in July. I got a different phone in November from my cousin. The Nokia 3595. I've been using it since I got, but it sucks now. Lots of weird things happen, such as... When I get a text message, the msg does not show and the msg "INSERT Sim Card" shows instead. I have no service either, and I have to restart the damn phone. And also, service goes out randomly and I have to restart the phone.
It's NOT my sim card.
I have been trying to get a new phone, but having no job sucks ass and I can't just order whatever. I have been trying to get TMobile to send me a new cellphone... But I don't have warrenty on my phone. They tell me all sorts of other stuff when I call... No help, when I wait for them to pick up their lines for half an hour.
Point is, is there anyone from TMobile that can help? Or anyone that has a TMobile phone that they can sell to me for cheap?
