That's the problem with it as how I see it. I've never seen a site where members submit their own rides. ROTM would be rides that are qualified. To get true qualification, the cars would need to be nominated by someone other than the owner. And then the vote goes. I know it's not my site, but it is my opinion(based on what I've experienced).
