Sucks balls. I got food to go and just got off the phone with the manager.

My girlfriend got 3 ravioli when there should have been 4....and it tasted like shit.

The "garlic bread" or hot dog roll with garlic powder on it was stale and had a Friday sticker on it.

The buffalo chicko philly sub was dry and tasted nothing like buffalo wings or the Fraks hot sauce they advertise on the menu. I used to live outside philly, it is no where close to a philly cheese steak sub...AT ALL.

The pizza bread appatiser was two peices of bread with cheese on it, she told me there should have been 8.

And there was no salad after asking me what dressing I wanted on my salad.

The manager asked how she could make me happy, I said fix the problem. I am not asking for a free meal I am just letting you know you food and service is just plain bad. I told her I worked in the restaurant business for a long time and am just trying to help. She said thank you and I hope you will give us another chance. I said I would have to think about it.

Now I know why they call it the Mad Italian. I am half Italian and not just mad but offended.
