They are probably all of the cars that were seized by customs at the port... people trying to sneak them in illegally.... If so then a friends car might be there.

Just export them to bahamas or a similar place, have them all broken down and shipped back... or from bahamas, you can send them to FL as off road use only cars... and do the takaramotors loophole i guess.
