    anyone know the exact link to the laws on modifying your car?

    specifically improper exhaust?

    Just a question, did you get pulled over for improper exhaust? I would not be surprised, cops just love to pull people over for no reason.

    I had some questions too. I tried finding it out by msyelf. Stuff about ride height and what not. Supposedly the center of your head lights have to be like 24" from the road and shit. If thats teh case I dont think any compact cars would be legal.
    90% of teens say "oh shit" before a wreck. The other 10% are from Pennsylvania, they say " hold my beer and watch this shit."

    nah I just thought that to be funny. I've seen so many cars that are guaranteed dropped 2" or better.

    back in PA I got in trouble for having loud exhaust on my Hatch. The funny thing is, it had 2 glass packs, straight through, and a tip with a cat and everything. It was actually the quietest exhaust I ever had.

    im guessing not over 93 decibels (sp?) and needs to pass emissions. im pretty sure the sound is at the discrepancy of the officer though.

    google is your best friend...have you thought about calling the DMV office? I'm guessing they would have some literature that explains what you can and can't do on the road with your car. Talk to a cop maybe? LOL just some suggestions, I'll let you know if I find something
