Yea Peter is alot better driver than alot of people,i will even say i think hes better then Dave also,But i wouldnt let him race my car in a competition.Thats why he built his car and i built mine, so we can race are own cars.

In court you would lose because you knew the chances of an incident happening and you chose to race anyway. No court in the land would award you a verdict for getting hit on a race track. Chalk it up to the old saying, "pay to play". I saw a guy one night at Eatonton run into the back of a bad ass Mustang with a chute on it with an old POS in the damn staging lanes. They had a bunch of bickering but in the end there wasn't shit anybody could do.
thats why we sign WAIVERS before you race. if you hit each other, for some reason, nothing you can do about it but try to settle it as best as possible. If you want to race on a track, your assuming the risk
You could sue, but i doubt it would hold up.

Turbo Dave is a better driver than me, he has more experience.
Peter is a better drive than me, he has more experience.
Im just going out to have fun, and to race danny. whatever happens happens. Ill let Turbo dave drive my car just because it is his baby, i bought the chassis from him, but we wanted to keep it in the family. The car an the setup is mine, but i have no problem saying dave is my "driver"
regardless this is about me in my car versus danny in his car. peter an turbo dave will have their own battle to deal with
Well see in the state of GA you cant sign liability away! When i was in school taking the insurance class GA makes you take, it was stated that liability is non transferable. Alot of people dont know that.Quote:

Like if you roadrace at Road atlanta, a guy ran this dude off the road into a barrel. caused $3000 in damage to the car. Nothing he could do about it, he culd sue, but your the one that brought your car into a racing environment, and at race events, thats what happens.

apparently mike had problems with his car on the dyno... not sure cause i cant get him to answer his phone... Danny had ignition problems on the dyno so he didnt bring his car down. So end result.. neither car showed up

I got a call at 7am from some reliable sources that danny was going but not bringing his car due to ignition problems.
We stayed up all night, at 10am Sunday morning me, dave, rob got the beast to FINALLY fire up, but it wasnt worth it to make the trip.
Ill talk to danny tomrrow an see if he wants to call it a draw until FACEOFF.
