I just got some information on my raise

My 3 month Eval. Got me a $1 an hour raise and i get another review in 6 months. So right at a year, my BASE pay will have gone up $2 an hour NOT including if i get the title promotion im looking for in the next few months...

If im lucky, My next raise will include a new title and about $3-4 an hour more
