Default USPS Money Order..Whats the dealie?

Whats the deal with these? Can these be made with a stolen credit card? I have never dealt with these before, but those scammers dont stop trying to email me saying they can pay with these, anyone know the drawback, problems??

From what I've read its used by scammers because they can forge them easier than other MO's. Not sure how that is, just what I've read.
