i just got a house half way between dawson and dahlonega.. woot woot! dahlonega > dawsonville though. i would not wanna live in cumming or gainesville either one.. worth the extra 20 mins of driving to get away from that

There are some decent ones off castleberry rd (road the fairgrounds are off of). I'm probably going to have a room for rent at my house next month since the old lady left, or maybe even the whole house (as long as your not crazy).

Not sure the name, but it's right before Hutchinson Rd. There is another complex off of Hutchinson. Those are the 2 I would choose from, there are some cheaper/older ones around town, but no telling who your neighbors would be.

Go get one of those Apt. Finders (booklets)...they're free. You can get them at Blockbuster, any Grocery store...ect.
