    Damn i fuckin hate Direct TV. I got no cable and I just got off work. son of a bitch. Every time it fuckin rains or the wind blows too hard the fuckin cable goes out.

    I've had directv since November & haven't had a problems with them at all, not even when it rains, storms, whatever. How long have you had it?

    Usually if the dish is positioned right you won't have any issues.

    I have comcast and i never have a problems with it, even through any storms.

    Oh. I've got cable and I had trouble with the way they ran the line into my house. They just went and buried it in my front yard and tore up my lawn

    yea we have dish network... we have 2 dishes actually. and even when it pours down rain we dont have problems

    what causes problems is not it actually raining but just rain hitting the dish in the wrong spot.. you know you can make a shield of sorts as long as it doesnt block the line of sight to the satellite
