I would say if your under 18 you need a parent. Over 18 you can go by yourself but a parent is usually better because it shows someone is watching over you at least.

If it is just a speeding ticket call the call center, you should just be able to mail it in.

Lol, I was lucky. Got a ticket for 26 over, got it dropped to 24 over, parents never found out, and it never showed up on insurance or on my liscence. Skills for meI was 18 though.
oh well. i'll probably try to mail it in. thank god i'll be 18 in june
Call the court tomorow and ask them what to do. Don't lose your liscence because you did something wrong and didn't ask first.
You could always take a defensive driving course. That will know up to seven points off your driving record to reduce insurance.

Just to let you know, it is at an office park. They don't have a regular court room, it is a big room where cubicles use to be and wood panaling on the back wall.

I just got lucky actually. It just so worked out that I needed to do all of that for tuition reasons anyway.

Mine should have but I switched residency, drivers liscence, and insurance to florida before finishing taking care of my sentence. Instead of going up my insurance got cut in half.

I think even if your about to be 18 I would recommend a parent go with you bc you did the traffic violation when you were 17
