cause i made a thread in the PMS section about me going back to stock rims and pictures of me painting them gloss black. he keep bugging me for pictures of them on the car but i had to get tires but he didnt understand that, he followed me around tell me to put the rims on my car or STFU and GTfo and DIAF, ect...

im pretty sure it was, the gauge bounced 20 though, but maybe my friend was looking at the vacuum part of the gauge lol
all i know is it had short throw and a clutch that doesnt give in til the veryyyyy end
stock turbo neons arent fast, well fast depends on who u talk to. mine is maxxed out stock turbo at 22psi of BOOST making 297whp and 373wtq but IMHO its slow.
its fast enough to burn through 3 gears without popping the clutch on brand new tires and freaking out the salesman
