    Default need help with a famous qoute

    there is a qoute that says something to the effect of some people say what they need to say when its something useful while others talk to her themselves speak.

    does anyone know the exact wording and who said it? i beleive at one time it was in pharmtegs sig but cant remember. Reps to whoever knows it
