i'm gonna be calling DEKALB police department and other local L.P.Ds to see if they would allow volunteers for their tazer cert class if they have one for their officers. they must be tazed to recieve a tazer certification or else they arent allowed to carry them.

that way, if we dont find someone that has one, we can use a local pd to get shockage
