I have a question, I got stopped and ticket for speeding last night. Downtown, freedom parkway between Ponce and Boulevard.

There was a car in front of me, and one beside me. So there's no way I was going faster than these two cars, but I was stopped.

I asked the officer why he stopped me and he said "because you were going faster than them" - "I was going faster than the car that I was behind?" - "She was going 40 something, you were going 51"

Im gonna plead not guilty, but I've never plead not guilty to a speeding offense. Anyone know what my chances are at beating the charge?

Well it was 2 lanes, both going in the same direction. I was in the left lane, van ahead of me. The van was side by side with a Benz. I got over into the right lane, behind the lady in the Benz. About a minute later, this cop steps out into the road with his hand up. The benz and I stopped, but he waved the benz through. Im like WTF?

When I switched lanes I didnt speed up, because she was going the same speed at the van. They were both traveling faster than me, I just dont get it. I think it's because she was white.
