Suspension Issue.

Alright, decided to do all of my struts, got them all, will be putting them on, on thursday. Have one sorta big issue though, The front passenger strut appears to have broke through where it sits, and is now so I cant close the hood, its sticking up that much. Ill include a pic, but what do I need to change out so this stops? Ill include another pic of what I think it should be, but it does not look like the OEM strut mount. Im not sure what the piece is called thats messed up, but I am thinking its the strut mount, the car is a 1995 Infiniti G20. Ignore the zip ties, just did that to make sure it didnt come up anymore.
