Condition: functional. You should be able to replace the valve stems and they will be 100% then.
The threads on the stems have been messed up. A plastic cap would probably still fit over the messed up areas. 1 leaks a little from the stem. Might just need a new core or might need the stem replaced.
I was going to band them to the inside of a set of aftermarket wheels that would not accept tpms the normal way.
