    Default Datsun 240Z 260Z 280Z 280ZX complete drivetrain

    I've got a 2.8 engine from a 280Z with a rebuilt N47 head for sale. The motor had near perfect compression when I checked it, the head is and even looks brand new. It has a header, complete exhaust, and 5 speed transmission. It was running before I pulled the fuel injection system. You can either carb it, or throw on a stock fuel injection system, or even a Megasquirt, whatever you want. I don't have the manifold/injectors/sensors/throttle body, but I do have all the other stock EFI parts.

    I'm asking $500 as that is a very fair amount, since stock ones have sold for that much w/o any exhaust, headers, rebuilt parts, trannys, etc.

    Well buy it all, then keep the rest as a backup or sell it seperately

    Accepting offers...if it's reasonable, I'll pull the motor for and the buyer can just come pick it up. If it's a crappy offer, but I still entertain it, the buyer can pull/help pull the motor when they arrive.

    I've also got a full mandrel bent exhaust for this car with 6-2-1 headers and Apexi can. The guy buying the motor/tranny didn't want it, but I do still have the exhaust.

    The motor is long gone. I have the exhaust still though. I want $300 for it.

    I'm in Chattanooga. I have no clue where Newnan is, but my ZIP is 37341, you can Mapquest it and see directions/distance.
