    Thanks bro. Honestly, I'd rather be fucked up and my car not hurt than the other way around... I'll heal, and would get money from insurance for being hurt...but my car will never be the same :sniff:

    ummmm. NO. Your body will never be the same. I was hurt in my wreck in February and my neck is STILL hurting and I have underwent treatment. I got the doc to release me just this week simply b/c I am ready to make this settlement. I have paid for all medical bills out of MY bank account and have to be reimbursed. My account is struggling right now thanks to that idiot. I just hope the insurance company clears me for all of my bills AND atleast some pain and suffering to cover gas I had to use driving there 2 times a week, missed work, missed class the week it happened and caused me to fail a test the day after it b/c I was so drugged on pain meds and couldnt move.

    Your car is a car and can be replaced. Your health is all you have and it can not.

    Just sayin...

    I was kinda joking, but you'd have to know my past in order to it to be semi-funny. I was paralyzed from a wreck a while ago and now have to take quite a few medications to function
