Although it doesn't sadden me, I don't see how it's "good news."

It's good news because it tickles Sinflix's cosmic justice gland...and he'll probably save .00001 cents on his taxes.

Irony.... seeing as how the liberal stance against the death penalty is that it costs tax payers too much. Somehow keeping them in jail for 30-40 years is more cost effective. You figure out the math on that one.

One gunshot to the head wouldn't cost too much.

Amen.... but you have to remember that this is government we're talking about. It takes millions to execute someone.

I believe in a trial for everyone...but there's ways to make that cheaper, faster, and if you're CLEARLY guilty then there's a cheap way to end it all.

*Waits for comment from Blank* lol

Government doesnt work like that. "budget" is a forgotten word. The government makes everything an avenue for increasing the volume of tax dollars that flow through it. Big government always wants to get bigger and the bigger it gets, the less power you have to shrink it.

I also believe in fair trials, but there is a lot of fat to be trimmed from the process.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone make that argument.

It's pointless to explain the reason why we don't execute everyone.

No i didnt, you should comb them for a grammatical error or a misquote and then discredit the entire debate.

I should comb through them and see if they're making that argument, because, based on the links, it doesn't sound like they're suggesting what I said.
