If you read an economics book or something about how government policy works, you might be more inclined to form your own opinion, based on facts. But as of now, you're not. You're just reverberating the echo chamber. You're always wrong about the things you don't understand, then when I try to point it out to you that it isn't how it works, or when I tell you that 2+2=4, you just dismiss it as a liberal fact. You think your opinion is somehow more valuable than actual fact. That shows a lack of intelligence. When your ideas and beliefs are closed to intellectual criticism, then you're closed minded.

If you believe that the biggest threat to our way of life is bigger government, don't be a hypocrite and support legislation that increases its power.
All you did was put your spin on exactly what i just said and already know. You think understanding only leads to agreeing with you and anyone who doesnt agree with you, doesnt understand. Nothing new here..... pretty much the calling card for liberal dems. Remember?... "its not that are liberal friends are ignorant, its that they know so much that isnt so"

what legislation am i supporting that increases the size or power of government? i seem to have missed that one.

Understanding doesn't lead to agreeing with me. There are people who understand who I don't agree with at all. It seems as if you don't understand why, and that you've been conditioned to believe anyone who understands more and disagrees with you is liberal. I wouldn't want my 2nd amendment rights taken away either, but I understand that there's nothing like that in the process.

    Or until they made more

The bill as its written by Feinstien says the ban on high cap mags only requires them to be engraved if they're manufactured after the date of passage. So I can buy them, they'll just have serials on them.

Now youre cherry picking from my opinions based on a topic that is defined by the perimeters of being forced to deal with socialist policy.

Given the choice...... No, i would not drug test welfare recipients..... because welfare would not exist and there wouldnt be anyone to test.

Now tell me, how does my viewpoint increase the size and power of government again?

Are you talking about the same bill? I am talking about Feinstein's Assautl Weapons Bill of 2013. It bans all magazines over 10 rounds.
From the summary on here site: Assault Weapons Ban summary - Assault Weapons - United States Senator Dianne Feinstein
"The legislation bans the sale, transfer, manufacturing and importation of All ammunition feeding devices (magazines, strips, and drums) capable of accepting more than 10 rounds and All semiautomatic rifles and handguns that have a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds."
It says the same thing in her PDF, located here: Assault Weapons - United States Senator Dianne Feinstein
You can also find the full bill text there.
