Thats part of it. Here's the rest of the story. This goes along with what I've discussed about obstructionism. It happens whether GOP controls the house/senate or not...

I'm not sure what your point is? Are you saying that it is obstructionism to not fall in complete lockstep with Obama?

Why didnt the article point out democrat obstructionism when the Bush admin tried to reign in Fannie and Freddie? Oh, I know. It was written by a liberal on Huffingpaint Post.

It is very easy to list bills that the other side filibustered or voted against. It is much harder to back up those claims. To do that, you have to list all of the individual pieces of the bill that each person voted against.

    Hypothetical Situation:

Lets say you want to pass the 911 responders health bill. I am a fiscal conservative and all for it, except for this little provision that also throws in a few billion for turtle rescues in Alaska. You wont take out that provision or the 50 others that are similar so I filibuster it because you have the votes to pass it without my help.

Because the article is about Romney blaming Obama for not working with congress. Not Obama blaming bush for not working with congress. One subject at a time. We can discuss obstructionism during the Bush administration in another thread.

OK. We can talk about Obama's budget requests then. How many votes did that get? Who proposed that budget?

I seem to recall that obamacare was passed without a single republican vote. Dont even try to blame republicans for obstruction when the democrats managed to push through the presidents agenda with the biggest spending increase in history.
