Not news. This is just a continuation of a policy started under Clinton to make it easier for the Russians to get their weapons grade uranium refined into low enriched uranium and sold to the US without bureaucratic hassles. My guess is that you never actually read the letter though.

This isn't a continuation of a policy, this is the use of a policy that was set back in Clinton's time. In fact the reason Obama is doing this is due to Russia will no longer be obligated to sell to only the U.S. and is no considered selling to Japan, and other power countries.

Read the damn letter again. This is a continuation of a previous administration's policy. I would imagine Bush did this also but because it was a non issue then, it didnt get reported.

Its not propaganda. This is real, but the implications are being vastly overblown. I'm not going to bother with the research, but I would imagine there is some type of law that prohibits the nuke material from coming here or being purchased the way it is agreed upon. To prevent any type of issue a state of emergency is declared in order to protect all involved.

Oh I'm on your side with this, but propaganda doesn't necessarily mean it's fallacious. Propaganda is anything used to inspire opposition against a cause/person/etc. ; as such, posts like his (which I'm sure he reposted from a similar "we are fucked post" on some ridiculous site or facebook) are indeed propaganda.
