New DOL rules against Family Farms

Any Thoughts? By the way most small farms are S corps, C corps and LLCs which are not protected, they fall under these rules.

Why do you consider this rules against family farms? The article states:

"The proposed regulations would not apply to children working on farms owned by their parents."
