    LOL, that is hilarious. We do have shock wave weapons though for underwater, but no way near strong enough to cause any sort of disaster like that of course. haha

    Wow, Chavez failed high school obviously. He has no idea of what it takes to form a hurricane. Nor does he seem to realize where mos ot them in the Atlantic start forming. I'll give him a hint - it's not of the US coastline.
