    Default Status of the Election

Georgia is literally a tossup.. hard to tell how its going to go.

Virginia looks MUCH better for Obama, if Georgia is a tossup Virginia will likely go Obama.

Indiana.. not as clear as Virginia, but leans Obama. I'd wait till the end for those results.

McCain won Kentucky, Obama got Vermont. I'll update this as the night goes on.

Ohio looks pretty good for Obama.. only age group that he lost there (exit polls.. remember) was 65 and older.

    NC looks good for McCain.

I'll preface this by stating.. in all the primaries these exit polls were pretty accurate if they were clear.

I don't know why they didnt project Pennsylvania for Obama.. the exit polls are heavily in his favor. Same with New Hampshire

Not at all.. the more the better. Pennsylvania is a bad sign for McCain, if he did not win there his strategy is pretty much gone for the race to go in his favor.

I don't think either one is really better than the other at this point. They're both going to have to report the same results.

Offtopic but Joe Biden won his seat, so he has a job in the event that he and Obama do not win.

I don't see why not. At this point it's a waiting game for everyone.

Sounds like most sources are showing Penn for Obama.

WTF is Fox doing? They're showing McCain ahead when he's clearly behind in Electoral votes.

I think their website is having trouble keeping up. That was the status about half an hour ago. It's shifted since then.

some are willing to call a state sooner than others. Fox is god on this because they usually wait so we don't end up like 2000 with wrong reporting
