PNAC recently reactivated their website and I was able to pull this off there. PNAC is the group that has influenced many of the politicians today's world.

This was written in year 2000. Many of the things that are listed in the document have already happened in the past 8 years or are currently happening/being discussed.


If things don't change in America politically, this very document can tell you exactly what will happen in the near future. Because as I said, its the very document that influences many neoconservative type people.
