    Default Hey Guys

How's it going? My name is Kyle, a few of you may already know me. If not, well here is my little story of myself.

Right now I am fooling around with a 1970 Chevrolet Custom10. It isn't, just a truck.. Well to me that is. This truck has literally been my life. Its been in my family for almost 29 years. It started out as my grandmothers, but she got tired of the 4 speed as she was getting a little older. And my dad loved the old truck since she had it, so he spoke up and said he'd like to have it. Well, he ended up with it. From then till he parked it when i Was born it went through a lot of abuse lol Literally around a 100 of motors. He would rebuild A motor every week. He had a good job, and the man loved building motor. Nothing wrong with that! Anything from a 305 to a 454. He'd build them, run them, if they didn't blow he'd sale them to start over. Sounds like the life, right?

Well.. As of now.. The truck is technically ours, but he looks at it as mine. Because he says he's tired of fooling with it, which if you saw the shit eating grin he gets when it starts, you'd agree with me that he still loves it...

I've polished every chipped/rusted square inch of this truck in the last three years, because It means a ton to me. Right now, the new motor is a 355 70 Camaro block 4 bolt main with 68 Corvette 327 double hump heads. It is bore .30 over, flat top pistons, 508 valve lift/313 duration cam, fully rebuilt, arp rockers, edelbrock intake, black jack headers, gear drive, 2200 stall, its got a turbo 400, ratchet shifter and 4.11 lsd. Thats all that comes to my mind right now.. I'd like to say we are in the 450-500hp range, but can never tell till we get on the dyno..

Alright, I guess I'll show a few pics now..

Any questions, feel free to ask! I love all cars, and no most about imports. So I figured I'd come over and say hey!

Thanks guys. Also, something else since this is an Atlanta forum. Kinda cool. This truck is an Atlanta chassis truck, and to our knowledge this truck has never left state.. Soo, its been here since the day it was manufactured.
