    when i go to change my personal setting it says a adminstrator has to let you or something. who do you change the settings

    you have to be a member for a certain amount of time. i believe it's after 100 posts.

    its 20 post, 30 days, or 100 rep whatever comes first

    this is done to keep away the riff raff and promote users who use the site more often
